Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Hours are published for 4 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–4 pm. It is closed on Thursday, Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Cloud Dental at (512) 201-8996; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, clouddentalaustin.com.

On Google it holds a rating of 4.8 out of 5 from 353 reviews, which is a strong result for a dentist in Austin and suggests consistent service.

Austin is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Traffic in Austin peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had a font tooth that had previously been crowd fall out. Crown Dental gave me an emergency appointment and manage to cement the crown back in place temporarily. I am thankful for accommodating me and the help they provided. I would highly recommend Cloud and it's professional staff.

We moved farther away, so we had to start seeing another dentist but honestly, I would rather drive 45 minutes to come back to Cloud Dental. It is hard to find a dentist who is honest, trustworthy, and not trying to charge you for treatments you do not actually need. As someone who works in healthcare, every detail matters to me. I love that the office uses the latest technology, and the entire experience was excellent. The front desk staff was wonderful from the moment I called to schedule until the moment I left. The hygienist was also amazing she made me feel completely at ease and explained every step throughout my cleaning. I have already been telling all my coworkers to leave their dentists and come here, especially after hearing so many of their horror stories. I truly trust this team and highly recommend them!

I’m currently out of town in Austin and broke my tooth. From the moment I called cloud dental and until I left I was treated by a very helpful, friendly and professional staff! I had an amazing experience with the dentist and all of the staff. If I lived in Austin, this would be my new dental office. If I could give more than five stars, I most definitely would. Thank you so much Cloud Dental! I highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough about the care I received from Dr. Samani and his entire team. I came in for a complex full mouth restoration, upper and lower arch, including zygomatic implants. I had significant bone challenges, and Dr. Samani developed and implemented a successful restoration plan .Dr. Samani took the time to fully explain the treatment plan, and make adjustments when needed. Everything was done with most advanced technology, compassion and care beyond my expectations, minimal discomfort and downtime. His pricing was very reasonable for the level of complexity of my case and the exceptional care I received, including beautiful cosmetic results.I highly recommend Dr. Samani to anyone looking for top tier implant and restorative dentistry. If you want someone who is experienced, skilled, honest, thoughtful, and truly invested in your long term results, this is your doctor.Thank you, Dr. Samani and team, you've given me a smile and comfort I thought was out of reach!

Great experience! The consultation was very thorough and professional. The procedures were explained meticulously and in terms I understood. Dr. Samani & his staff (especially McKayla) were very patient & kind. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work & businesses (Anchor Dental Implants & Cloud Dental). It’s been 3 months and in another few weeks I will get my final upper (all in X). Overall a very positive experience and I have referred family to him. Highly recommend.
